The mission of MPN Peoria is to raise awareness and funding for Myeloproliferative Neoplasms, a rare group of blood cancers for which there currently is no cure.

 

The date of this year’s hike is especially symbolic for me as it marks the 3rd Anniversary of my own stem cell transplant for Myelofibrosis.  Grateful to have been restored to complete health, I am passionate about continuing to advocate for those still living with MPNs.

 

MPNs are in desperate need of novel therapies and ultimately a cure so that no one with this disease should ever have to face a stem cell transplant as their only hope.  This is where we need your help.

 

Every dollar we raise gets us one step closer to a cure.
